Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use Feint. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or otherwise interfere with fair competition.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate other players.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content (including in display names, clan tags, or emotes).
• Use the Service to violate any law.

Violations may result in match forfeits, rank resets, cosmetic forfeitures, suspensions, or permanent bans.

• Payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms.
• Cosmetic items, Battle Pass tiers, and Sparks are a limited, non-transferable license — not property. You may not sell, trade, or convert them outside the Service.
• All gameplay-affecting matters (matchmaking, rank) are determined by skill only. Purchases are cosmetic and convenience only.
• Sparks and Battle Pass progress have no cash value and cannot be refunded for cash.

Where required by law, you may be entitled to a refund. Outside of statutory rights, all purchases are final once a cosmetic has been delivered to your account or any portion of a subscription period has been used. Refund requests should be sent to support@feint.gg.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Cosmetics earned during your subscription remain yours after cancellation. Premium-only features (advanced stats, unlimited replay storage) deactivate at period end.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

You retain ownership of any content you create (display name, clan tag, formation names, etc.). By submitting content you grant Feint a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Feint, its logo, the game design, code, art, and all cosmetic assets are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive only the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Feint is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-game or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
