Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — email address, password hash, display name, and avatar URL when you create an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and profile image from that provider.
• Gameplay data — matches, moves, ranks, formations, replays, and statistics tied to your account or guest session identifier.
• Cosmetic and purchase data — items you own, items you have equipped, and a record of purchases (without raw payment card data — payments are handled by Paddle).
• Technical data — IP address, browser, device, language, and basic usage analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.

• To create and authenticate your account.
• To run matches, ranked seasons, leaderboards, and replays.
• To deliver, equip, and protect cosmetic items and Battle Pass progress.
• To detect abuse, cheating, and fraud.
• To communicate important service messages and, only with your opt-in, marketing updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) contract to provide the Service you sign up for; (b) legitimate interests to keep the Service secure and improve it; (c) consent for optional marketing emails; and (d) legal obligation for tax and fraud-prevention records.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who host and operate Feint (cloud hosting, database, email delivery, analytics).
• Paddle, our merchant of record, which processes payments and handles taxes on our behalf.
• Other players, who can see your public profile, display name, rank, equipped cosmetics, and match results.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Match replays for free accounts are kept for 30 days; Officer's Club subscribers have unlimited retention while their subscription is active. Purchase records are kept as long as legally required (typically 7 years for tax purposes).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights from your account settings, or by contacting us at privacy@feint.gg.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

Feint is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-game or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
